This explains what we collect when you use AI Vipes, why we hold it, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
Account details you give us — name, email, organization — and the business inputs you enter into an agent: your idea, location, capital, costs and the answers behind them. We also record ordinary technical logs such as device type and time of access.
Why we hold it
To run the journey. Each agent reads the facts the previous one produced; without them the documents cannot be assembled or re-priced when you change an assumption.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, we do not use your business inputs or documents to train models, and we do not share your file with other users of the platform.
Where it is stored
On managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access by our team is limited to support requests you raise, and is logged.
Your rights
You can export your documents at any time, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and its contents. Deletion removes the working file within thirty days, backups included.
